Deuxfleurs a commencé à se rapprocher du collectif CHATONS il y a maintenant plus d’un an. À ce moment là, on commençait à avoir une version fonctionnelle de Garage et on voulait la partager avec les gens qui pourraient avoir des besoins similaires aux nôtres pour avoir des retours et mutualiser les efforts.

Cette première incursion a donné lieu à de nombreuses rencontres, à l’image de Drave, de Fabrice, de RésiLien, d’Indie Hoster, d’Hadoly, et de plein d’autres personnes. Et ce, jusqu’au drame… des personnes pensaient qu’on était pleinement membre du collectif !
Pour lever la confusion, nous avons donc postulé en mars 2022 pour rejoindre officiellement le collectif. Afin de créer un socle commun et que les différentes valeurs affichées ne soient pas que de pieuses promesses, il est nécessaire de passer par une phase de candidature et de montrer qu’on est bien conforme dans nos pratiques à la charte. Ce passage est intéressant pour nos futur·es usagèr·es car on peut aussi le voir comme un “label” dans lequel on peut avoir confiance. Pour notre part, notre candidature s’est déroulée durant 3 mois, jusqu’au 21 juin 2022 où nous avons officiellement intégré le collectif !

Au delà du label, le collectif CHATONS maintient également un annuaire de ses membres par services ou par localisation. Il faut ajouter à ça que le collectif jouit d’une certaine visibilité grâce par exemple à un relai dans la presse nationale. La conjonction de ces deux éléments devrait permettre à Deuxfleurs d’accueillir de nouveaux membres et son action de gagner en visibilité.

En conclusion, depuis le 21 juin 2022, Deuxfleurs est officiellement membre du réseau CHATONS. Notre participation au collectif a pour objectif de nous créer un réseau, de montrer notre sérieux à travers ce “label” et de gagner en visibilité auprès des personnes qui cherchent des services numériques éthiques.
Notre participation au collectif n’en est encore qu’à ses débuts : on va continuer de s’y investir dans le futur.
